Bits to Bytes is a traveling museum — we appear by invitation at conventions, schools, libraries, and community events. We’d love to hear from you!

How to invite us

Email contact@example.org with details about your event. To help us respond quickly, please include:

• Event name, dates, city/state, and venue
• Audience size and expected foot traffic
• Booth/table space and power availability
• Load‑in/out logistics and on‑site contact
• Whether you’d like talks, workshops, or specific exhibit themes

Availability

Our calendar fills up quickly, especially during peak convention seasons. Reach out early for the best chance of securing your preferred dates.

Costs & support

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, we appreciate support that helps cover transportation, lodging, and maintenance of historical hardware. Some events may qualify for waived fees or sponsorship arrangements.
